VinExport provides professional trade promotion, consulting, and business facilitation services in Vietnam. Our payment terms are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and smooth settlement between involved parties while supporting effective international trade cooperation.

1. Scope of Payment Terms

Payment terms apply to:

• Consulting and advisory service contracts

• Trade promotion and business facilitation services

• Supplier connection, coordination, and supervision services

• On-site support, expert assignments, and project-based services

VinExport does not act as a direct seller of goods unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

2. Payment Structure

VinExport offers flexible payment structures depending on the scope and duration of services, which may include:

• Service fees based on agreed contracts

• Milestone-based payments

• Project-based or retainer-based payments

Payment structures are agreed upon in advance and clearly stated in the service agreement.

3. Best Cost Solutions

VinExport is committed to providing cost-effective and competitive solutions to support trade promotion activities.
Our role includes advising and coordinating to help both parties reach reasonable pricing and payment arrangements that support successful cooperation.

4. Payment Between Parties

For transactions involving manufacturers, suppliers, or third parties:

• Payment terms for goods and logistics are agreed directly between buyers and suppliers

• VinExport may assist in facilitating payment discussions and coordination

• VinExport does not hold or process payments for goods unless specifically authorized in writing

All payments for products are subject to the terms agreed by the contracting parties.

5. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods for VinExport’s service fees may include:

• Bank transfer (T/T)

• Other methods as agreed in the service contract

All bank details and payment instructions will be provided officially by VinExport.

6. Payment Completion and Confirmation

VinExport supports communication and coordination to help ensure that:

• Payment obligations are clearly defined

• Payments are completed according to agreed schedules

• Relevant confirmations are provided between involved parties

However, VinExport does not guarantee payment performance of third parties unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

7. Late Payments

Late payments for VinExport’s services may result in:

• Suspension of services

• Adjusted project timelines

• Additional fees as stated in the service agreement
