Shipping and Delivery

VinExport provides shipping and delivery support as part of our trade promotion and business facilitation services in Vietnam. We do not sell products directly; therefore, shipping arrangements are handled in coordination with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners based on the specific requirements of each project.

1. Shipping Support Scope

VinExport supports international partners with:

• Coordination with Vietnamese manufacturers and exporters

• Logistics consultation and shipping arrangement support

• Assistance in selecting suitable transportation methods (sea, air, or land)

• Coordination with freight forwarders and logistics service providers

• Support with export documentation and customs procedures

All shipping terms and conditions are agreed upon separately between buyers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on several factors, including:

• Product type and production schedule

• Shipping method and destination

• Customs clearance procedures

• Terms agreed between the buyer and supplier

Estimated delivery timelines will be provided by the manufacturer or logistics partner once order details are confirmed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on:

• Product volume, weight, and packaging requirements

• Shipping method and destination

• Incoterms agreed between parties

VinExport may assist in coordinating cost estimates but does not directly charge shipping fees unless specifically agreed as part of a service contract.

4. International Shipping

For international shipments, VinExport supports:

• Export coordination from Vietnam

• Communication between buyers, suppliers, and freight forwarders

• Basic guidance on customs documentation and compliance

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Risk and Responsibility

Responsibility for goods, insurance, and risk transfer follows the Incoterms agreed between the buyer and supplier. VinExport acts as a coordination and support partner and is not liable for loss or damage during transportation unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

6. Changes and Delays

Shipping schedules may be affected by factors beyond control, such as weather conditions, port congestion, customs inspections, or regulatory changes. VinExport will support communication and coordination to minimize delays when possible.
