International partners are responsible for compliance with regulations in their destination countries unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

VinExport’s liability, if any, is limited to the scope of services defined in the applicable service agreement.
VinExport shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from cooperation between parties.

7. Amendments

VinExport reserves the right to update or amend its policies and terms at any time.
