This Warranty Policy outlines the scope and limitations of VinExport’s responsibilities.

1. Scope of Warranty

VinExport provides warranty commitments only for consulting, coordination, and professional support services as defined in signed contracts or service agreements.

Our warranty applies to:

  • Trade consulting and market access advisory services

  • Supplier sourcing, connection, and coordination services

  • On-site support, supervision, and business facilitation in Vietnam

  • Trade promotion activities, exhibitions, and delegation support

  • Professional expertise and advisory services performed by VinExport or assigned experts

VinExport warrants that services are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, timeline, and professional standards.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

VinExport does not provide warranty or guarantee for:

  • Product quality, specifications, or performance

  • Manufacturing defects or production outcomes

  • Shipping delays, customs clearance results, or logistics incidents

  • Financial outcomes, sales volume, or commercial success

  • Third-party services beyond VinExport’s direct control

All product-related warranties, if any, are the responsibility of manufacturers, suppliers, or service providers directly involved.

3. Third-Party Responsibility

When VinExport connects clients with manufacturers, exporters, logistics providers, or other third parties, each party remains independently responsible for their contractual obligations.

VinExport acts as a facilitator and coordinator and is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from third-party performance unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

4. Warranty Period

The warranty period for VinExport’s services, if applicable, is defined in the individual service contract or agreement signed with the client.

Any issues or claims must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in the contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

VinExport’s liability, if any, is limited to the scope of services provided under the signed agreement. VinExport shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

6. Resolution and Support

In the event of service-related issues, VinExport commits to:

  • Reviewing the matter professionally

  • Providing reasonable corrective actions within the agreed service scope

  • Maintaining transparent communication with the client

Dispute resolution procedures are governed by the terms stated in the service contract.
